Cement Packing Plant Operations

We have been independently managing Packing Plant operations from the very beginning when the Dalmia Group pioneered cement manufacturing in India seven decades ago. We are proud of the fact that in such a long working tenure, none of the companies that we have worked for has ever faced any issues in Packing Plant operations because of any labor union issues. We have always maintained transparent and clean operating procedures which keeps our team in high morale.

At present, we handle the dispatch of about 28.6 million Tons of cement per year across various work locations. This comprises dispatch through road and rail.

We also provide related services like housekeeping of the plant, sealing and riveting of wagon doors, manpower supply, empty cement bags godown management including stacking and inventory control. Loco operation is also carried out by us for which loco driver, points men, and track maintenance gang are engaged by us in various plants as per requirement.

Raw Material Handling

We undertake the following raw material handling works:

1. Unloading coal, slag, gypsum, clinker etc. received through rail and road, at the cement works site through wagon tippler and truck tippler.
2. Salvaging and cutting of slag, gypsum, line clearing, breaking of moorum & coal lumps etc.
